PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device which can control an internal clock signal cycle with high accuracy.SOLUTION: In an ADC (Analog to Digital Converter), a signal F1 output from a sequence register 44 of an asynchronous successive approximation register ADC 25 when N times comparison is completed is used, and whether the signal F1 and a delay signal F2 of the signal F1 are output is detected when a comparison period transits to a sampling period, and a delay control signal DCNT for controlling a cycle of an internal clock signal CLKCOMP is generated by control of delay times of delay circuits 70-72 based on the detection result. |
