PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to accurately monitor abnormality of an operator who patrols within a preset patrol route and promptly notify occurrence of abnormality.SOLUTION: Provided is an abnormality detector comprising: position detection sensors 10 provided at a plurality of patrol points within a patrol route, respectively; locating means 20 locating a position of a patrol operator within the patrol route by receiving outputs from the position detection sensors 10; moving time predicting means 21 predicting time of moving from the located position of the patrol operator to each patrol point; walking time calculating means calculating walking time by subtracting operating time of the operator at a certain patrol point from the predicted moving time; pressure sensors 15 provided in footwear 14 of the patrol operator; walking state determining means 16 determining a walking state or a non-walking state of the patrol operator by receiving sensor outputs from the pressure sensors 15; and abnormality determining means 25 determining whether abnormality occurs to the patrol operator on the basis of an output from the walking state determining means 16 and an output from the walking time calculating means. |
