<p>The present invention relates to a technology for enhancing sensitivity of a bio-reporter strain using a serum complement. The bio-reporter strain detects a substance, causing damage on genes, and includes a recA promoter and a reporter gene bound with the recA promoter to be able to act on the recA promoter. The bio-reporter is transformed by a vector. The bio-reporter can be used for testing hazards of the substance causing damage on genes or a substance causing oxidative damage.</p> |
