<p>The present invention relates to a composition for preventing and treating inflammatory skin diseases containing Astragalus sinicus extract or fraction thererof. More specifically, the present invention relates to: a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating inflammatory skin diseases containing Astragalus sinicus extract or fraction thererof; and a food composition for preventing or treating inflammatory skin diseases containing Astragalus sinicus extract or fraction thererof. The Astragalus sinicus extract or fraction thererof inhibits activity of pathways of NF-kB, JAK/STAT, and PI3K/Akt promoting inflammation, inhibits expression of inflammation mediators, and thus is effective for treating inflammatory skin diseases.</p> |
