<p>The present invention relates to a functional food such as tea including Mori Cortex Radicis extract solutions with an anti-obesity effect as a main ingredient and a manufacturing method of functional food including Mori Cortex Radicis extract solutions with an anti-obesity effect as a main ingredient and a step of putting Mori Cortex Radicis extract solutions in a crushed Mori Cortex Radicis. More specifically, the manufacturing method of functional food with anti-obesity effects comprises (a) an extraction step of extracting Mori Cortex Radicis extracts with an anti-obesity active component by extracting the crushed Mori Cortex Radicis obtained by cutting or crushing Mori Cortex Radicis with use of an organic solvent; (b) a drying and a crushing step of obtaining the crushed Mori Cortex Radicis by drying selected Mori Cortex Radicis in a drying room and crushing the same; (c) a mixing step of mixing Mori Cortex Radicis extracts with an anti-obesity active component obtained from the (a) step with the dried and crushed Mori Cortex Radicis obtained from the (b) step and impregnating the Mori Cortex Radicis extracts into the dried and crushed Mori Cortex Radicis by agitating and drying the same, leading to a dried mixture of Mori Cortex Radicis extracts and the dried and crushed Mori Cortex Radicis; and (d) a crushing step of crushing the dried mixture of Mori Cortex Radicis extracts and the dried and crushed Mori Cortex Radicis obtained from the (c) step.</p> |
