PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide apparatus and a guide system allowing an inpatient to appropriately comprehend his/her own destination on the basis of his/her schedule, and allowing his/her relatives to easily comprehend his/her location.SOLUTION: The guide apparatus includes: an identifier reader that reads an identifier which is uniquely allotted to a patient from an identifier carrier; an input/output section for inputting/outputting information; and a controller that controls the identifier reader to read an identifier to make an inquiry of patient information to a server which has a patient information database storing a piece of patient information including patient's room, schedule and destination on the basis of identifier, and controls the input/output section to display the schedule of the patient on the basis of the received patient information. |
