PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor in which infiltration of varnish into a terminal block can be prevented reliably.SOLUTION: A motor 10 includes a terminal block 100 to which the lead wire 15 of a winding is connected. The terminal block 100 has a bottom wall 102, a plurality of sidewalls 103 facing each other, a terminal 110 provided between adjoining sidewalls 103, and a weir wall 105 arranged at a position closer to the winding than the terminal 110, and formed integrally with the bottom wall 102 and sidewall 103 with no gap. The weir wall 105 has a lead wire holding part for holding the lead wire 15.
