PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an insertion path of a temperature sensor from the outer peripheral surface of a stator core to a slot, while suppressing deterioration in the rigidity or increase in the magnetic resistance of a steel plate constituting the stator core.SOLUTION: In the yoke 12 of steel plates 10A-10C, through-holes 22A-22C are formed while being shifted positionally in the radial direction of the yoke 12, so as to overlap partially when laminating the steel plates. When the plurality of steel plates 10A-10C are laminated, the through-holes 22A-22C of adjacent steel plates are interconnected, and a communication passage 26 is formed from the outer peripheral surface 20 of a stator core 28 to a slot 18. A temperature sensor 24 is inserted into the communication passage 26.
