<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grater with which vegetables can be grated by each of the grating teeth biting in from various angles in various places on the surface for grating vegetables.SOLUTION: The grater, including a discoid grating plate rotatably journaled on the body and a rotating means for rotating the discoid grating plate, grates vegetables by applying them onto a circular grating face of the discoid grating plate and by rotating the circular grating face. A large number of grating teeth arranged in a plurality of concentric circles are formed on the circular grating face of the discoid grating plate. The grater is characterized in that the center of the circular grating face, the center of the concentrically arranged grating teeth, and the revolving center of the circular grating face are set in positions different from one another.</p> |
