<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the deterioration in position management accuracy of a terminal device caused by being impossible for the terminal device to receive current position information under a predetermined condition, without increased processing load on the terminal device.SOLUTION: A position management device 10 capable of managing a position of the device itself includes: a position information acquisition unit 11 for acquiring position information showing a current position of the position management device 10 by using a communication function at a plurality of data acquisition timings; an azimuth change amount acquisition unit 12 for acquiring an azimuth change amount of the position management device 10 from a data acquisition timing to the next data acquisition timing; a travel amount acquisition unit 13 for acquiring a travel amount of the position management device 10 from a certain data acquisition timing to the next data acquisition timing; and a transmission unit 14 for transmitting the position information, the azimuth change amount, and the travel amount, to an external apparatus.</p> |
