PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an open voltage across output terminals of current.SOLUTION: When a state detection unit 74 detects an open state across output terminals of current, a controller 93 switches a switch 72 so that the non-inverting input terminal of a current output unit 71 is connected to the ground to allow the voltage of the same to be 0, and a switch 73 is made to be a connection state so that an output current from the current output unit 71 receives feedback. In a constant current source 81, since the switch 91 is opened and the switch 92 is connected through control of the controller 93, the inverting input terminal of the current output unit 71 is supplied with output of the current output unit 71 without intervention of the switch 73.
