<p>The present invention provides an image sensor driving circuit and a method thereof for supporting binning through oversampling. The present invention supports a normal mode for detecting sequentially a signal on each column from pixels of the image sensor for obtaining an image by detecting radiation such as X-ray or the like and a binning mode for reading signals for a plurality of adjacent pixels of two columns to have an effect of charge summation. The present invention supports a charge summation method for a digital CDS method through oversampling without needing a separate charge summation circuit in the binning mode. The present invention improves reading speed while reading a pixel signal of high sensitivity at low dose.</p> |
