<p>The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a gypsum mold using gauze and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of a gypsum mold using gauze which can manufacture a thin gypsum mold using the gauze. The manufacturing method of a gypsum mold using gauze of the present invention comprises: a model preparation step of preparing a model in a shape identical to a product; a first coating step of forming a first coating layer by attaching gypsum mixed with water to a surface of the model; a second coating step of forming a second coating layer by attaching gauze to a surface of the first coating layer; a third coating step of forming a third coating layer by attaching gypsum mixed with water or gauze to a surface of the second coating layer; a hardening step of forming a gypsum mold by hardening the first coating layer, the second coating layer, and the third coating layer; and a model removal step of removing the model from the gypsum mold. The second coating step is carried out before the first coating layer is hardened, and the third coating step is carried out before the second coating layer is hardened.</p> |
