The present invention relates to a method for separating flavonoid from Cirsium setidens by extracting Cirsium setidens with 40-90 vol% of an ethanol aqueous solution and crystallizing the same with methanol. The method of the present invention extracts Cirsium setidens without heating, reduces destruction of active ingredients due to the heat, and can separate flavonoid of high yield and high purity with a simple process. |
