PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processing device for assisting a user in easily inputting corresponding points for alignment to a plurality of fluoroscopic images generated by capturing a subject.SOLUTION: A medical image processing device 1 includes: a first acquisition unit 11 for acquiring position information for an indication point indicated on one of a plurality of fluoroscopic images generated by capturing a subject 2; a second acquisition unit 12 for acquiring a candidate point corresponding to the indication point on another one of the plurality of fluoroscopic images different from the one fluoroscopic image; and a generation unit 13 for generating an enlarged image generated by enlarging an image in the vicinity of the candidate point on the other fluoroscopic image.
