PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building structure, which has a frame comprising a small-diameter RC column and capable of resisting a horizontal force without decreasing the degree of freedom of floor planning, by a simple configuration.SOLUTION: In a building structure, prestress is introduced into a small-diameter RC column 2; one end of the small-diameter RC column and a joint member 3 such as a beam are semi-rigidly joined 4 or pin-joined 4; the other end of the small-diameter RC column 2 and a column-beam joint 5 of a beam 3 or a footing beam 7 are pressure-bonded to the beam in a column penetration manner; and a frame resisting a horizontal force is built in at least a part of a building. |
