<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming method configured to prevent a dot-like image defect from occurring due to non-uniform charging even if discharge current of primary charging is reduced for extending the lifetime of a photoreceptor, and to provide toner.SOLUTION: In a step of contact-charging an image carrier 110, a contact part between contact-charging means 120 and the image carrier 110 is charged, while a surface of the contact-charging means is covered with fine particles at 10-70%. The fine particles have a volume resistivity of 1.0×10Ωcm or more, and a relative permittivity of 1.7-2.5 at 1 kHz.</p> |
