The load jet steps S30 and S50 comprise determination steps S3 and S5 for determining that load jet is needed when a state that a power consumption Wd exceeds power generation capacities W5M and W continues for a monitor time Ti and execution steps S4 and S6 for executing gradual load jets while advancing priorities 1-5 given to object pieces of apparatuses until the power consumption Wd decreases below the power generation capacities W5M and W. |
