<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely determine a combination of cells to which cooperation processing is applied, while suppressing control overhead in a radio communication system holding a number of cells which can be divided in a space domain or a frequency domain.SOLUTION: A base station device comprises a higher-layer processing part corresponding to a cell and a lower-layer processing part corresponding to the cell and communicates with a terminal. The higher-layer processing part holds allocated authority information indicating that the cell is authorized to allocate a part of radio resources that the cell has to a terminal belonging to the cell and is not authorized to allocate the remaining part, allocates the radio resource that the cell is authorized to allocate, in the radio resources that the cell has, to the terminal belonging to the cells, and instructs radio signal processing for communication with the terminal to the lower-layer processing part. The lower-layer processing part executes the radio signal processing for the communication with the terminal in accordance with the instruction of the radio signal processing and reports a result of the processing to the higher-layer processing part.</p> |
