<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for production of a three-dimensional laminate formed object which enable formation of a smooth outer surface of a laminated formed object as the final product, with reduced surface roughness by reducing remained irregularities on the surface of a sintered layer before laying a powder layer to form a smooth surface.SOLUTION: A method of producing a three-dimensional laminate formed object includes, in the middle of the production, a step of removing an unsintered metal powder (2) adhered to the newest sintered layer (9b) and modifying the surface by irradiating the sintered layer with an electron beam generated by forming plasma at an anode electrode in an atmosphere of a rare gas. The production method also includes a step of cutting the outer surface of a sintered body (9a) and/or a step of grinding the outer surface of a sintered body (9a), in the middle of the production.</p> |
