<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating type tsunami evacuation shelter with an underfloor used for a sludge tank, allowing a water closet to be used in the case of a tsunami disaster.SOLUTION: In a floating type tsunami evacuation shelter C with an underfloor used for a sludge tank: inner wall decorative driving concrete forms 9, slab decorative driving concrete forms 11, and an opening water-tight door 13 are erected on a foundation concrete skeleton A; an outer wall decorative driving concrete form 10 is erected by assembling reinforcing-bars 15 and using driving concrete form connection metallic materials 12; a rainwater storage tank 14 with an eaves gutter is fixed on the outer wall decorative driving concrete form 10; a toilet bowl 20 is attached to a drain pipe 5 erected from an underfloor space 19 provided in the floating type tsunami evacuation shelter C made by fixing a floating body 26 under the storage tank and placing skeleton concrete 16; and the toilet bowl is connected to the rainwater storage tank 14 with the eaves gutter by a feed water pipe 21, thus allowing a water closet 20 to be used.</p> |
