<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft thermoplastic resin composition excellent in adhesiveness to hard resins and a molding obtained from the thermoplastic resin composition.SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin composition (C) comprises a rubber-reinforced styrene-based resin (A) and a thermoplastic polyurethane (B), and the rubber-reinforced styrene-based resin (A) has the following features (I) to (III): (I) the rubber-reinforced styrene-based resin comprises a continuous phase component composed of an aromatic vinyl monomer, a vinyl cyanide monomer and optionally a copolymer obtained by copolymerization with the monomers and a dispersed phase component composed of a rubber-like polymer component which is grafted with the monomers, with the copolymer occluded; (II) the dispersed phase component composed of the rubber-like polymer component has a weight average particle size of 0.1μm or greater and smaller than 3.0μm; and (III) the polymerization by supplying a polymerization raw material consisting of the rubber-like polymer dissolved in the monomers continuously to a polymerization apparatus includes a particle formation step and a particle size adjustment step.</p> |
