<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric cooker capable of rapidly raising a temperature or rapidly lowering the temperature while holding excellent heat uniformity in a cooking face.SOLUTION: An electric cooker includes: a cooking plate 11 having a cooking face 11a on which a foodstuff F is placed and which performs cooking; a planar resistor exothermic body 12 provided on a face opposite to the cooking face 11a of the cooking plate 11; and a support plate pressing the resistor exothermic body 12 onto the cooking plate 11. The cooking plate 11 and the support plate 13 are connected by screws 15 each including a bearing mechanism. Preferably, one of the cooking plate 11 and the support plate 13 is made of ceramics or a composite material of a metal and ceramics, and the other is made of a metal.</p> |
