The present invention relates to a Dendropanax morbiferus fermentation metabolite produced through solid fermentation and a method for producing the same. The method for producing a Dendropanax morbiferus fermentation metabolite through solid fermentation according to an aspect of the present invention comprises: a solid fermentation substrate producing step of washing, drying, and powdering one or more of a Dendropanax morbiferus leaf and a Dendropanax morbiferus stem; a microorganism pre-culturing step of purely culturing fermentation microorganisms, wherein the present step is selectively performed at the same time with, before, or after the solid fermentation substrate producing step; a solid fermenting step of producing a Dendropanax morbiferus fermented liquid sequentially by inoculating 5 to 15% of the microorganism purely cultured liquid into the solid fermentation substrate, by adjusting the water content thereof to 30 to 60%, maintaining the relative humidity thereof at 78 to 82%, and fermenting the same at 25 to 30°C for 5 to 20 days; and a step of obtaining a Dendropanax morbiferus fermentation metabolite by sterilizing, extracting, filtering, and concentrating the Dendropanax morbiferus fermented liquid obtained from the solid fermenting step. |
