<p>The present invention relates to a method of preparing heat-soluble macrocapsules, and more specifically, to a method of preparing macrocapsules composed of cores comprising liquefied active substances and shells which are in a solid form at room temperature but melt when being exposed to a heating condition. Macrocapsules prepared by the manufacturing method of the present invention allow liquefied cores to bestably and effectively applied in a food manufacturing process and discharge liquefied active substances collected by being promptly melted during a heating cooking process thereby achieving desired effects.</p> |
