<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trimming method and a trimming tool of a press-formed product with which trimming of press-formed products etc. of various shapes can be performed without the need of a complicated die, production of a burr and a step can be suppressed, and a cut surface with a good quality can be formed.SOLUTION: A trimming tool 1 in which a pair of rotating blades having parallel rotation center axes is rotatively arranged respectively while cutting edges 11 of the pair of rotating blades 10 are opposed to each other, is prepared, a part to be cut of a press-formed product 80 is sandwiched by the cutting edges 11 of the pair of rotating blades 10, the trimming tool 1 is moved relatively to the press-formed product 80, and a peripheral edge 85 of the press-formed product 80 is cut. Thus, a cut surface with a good quality is formed while scarcely producing a burr and a step, and the unwanted part 85 of the press-formed product 80 can be cut. Further, trimming of press-formed product 80 with various shapes can be carried out using a common trimming tool 1 without preparing a die for each product and for each shape.</p> |
