A wireless digital communication method according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: acquiring communication status indication information which indicates a receiving terminal status and/or a channel status; generating frame structure adjustment information when it is known from the communication status indication information that a communication status has changed, and transmitting the frame structure adjustment information to a corresponding receiving terminal, wherein the frame structure adjustment information comprises radio packet adjustment information; and adjusting an adopted frame structure according to the frame structure adjustment information and performing data communication with the receiving terminal according to the adjusted frame structure. This solution applies to various wireless communication systems having high requirements on the transmission quality.
