Disclosed are a service method and a service system to provide customer purchase information. The service method includes the steps of: storing and managing information of members who joined a delivery service among members of a management service which manages maintenance fees of at least one building in a database; providing information of at least one member among the members who joined the delivery service to an affiliated store of the delivery service; providing promotional information of the affiliated store to a member selected by the affiliated store by using the information of at least one member; charging the affiliated store for promotion fees according to the provision of the promotional information; and providing a compensation, related to the maintenance fees of a building where the selected member moves in, to the selected member. |
