<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring a sulfonation degree of nonwoven fabric by which the sulfonation degree is quickly measured, a sulfonation treatment apparatus of nonwoven fabric which can stabilize the sulfonation degree by immediately feeding back a measurement result of the sulfonation degree to an operation condition, and a method for manufacturing a separator for an alkaline secondary battery by which the separator for an alkaline secondary battery with less variation in characteristics can be manufactured.SOLUTION: A sulfonation degree is obtained using visible light diffuse reflectance of a nonwoven fabric surface. Then, a sulfonation treatment apparatus having a mechanism that feedbacks visible light diffuse reflectance to an operation condition of sulfonation treatment stabilizes a sulfonation degree of a nonwoven fabric, and a separator for an alkaline secondary battery is manufactured by using the sulfonation treatment apparatus, consequently a separator for alkaline secondary battery with less variation in characteristics can be easily manufactured.</p> |
