摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical quantity measurement system and a physical quantity measurement method capable of inserting a trigger signal while reducing a load on an arithmetic unit by eliminating or simplifying interrupt processing for responding to trigger input.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises: a wavelength separator 15 for separating, for each of N wavelength channels having their wavelengths predetermined, reflected light, of measurement light from a light source 12, which is reflected at any FBG 31 of an FBG line 30; an optical receiver 16 for detecting, for each of the N wavelength channels, the optical intensity of the reflected light and outputting an analog signal; an AD converter 17 for converting, for each wavelength channel, the analog signal on each wavelength channel into a digital signal; and an arithmetic unit 18, to which a signal-processing-purpose digital signal on the N+1'th channel is inputted together with digital signals on N wavelength channels, and which performs arithmetic processing on the digital signals on N wavelength channels on the basis of the signal intensity of the digital signal on the N+1'th channel.
