PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminium alloy extruded pipe capable of suppressing fracture upon bending, even when using high-strength aluminium alloy, or when bending at small R.SOLUTION: Each wall thickness t3, t2 of a bending inside portion 3 and a bending outside portion 2 of an aluminium alloy extruded pipe 1 to be bent is thickened together. Preferably, in addition, the wall thickness t2 of the bending outside portion 2 is thickened furthermore than the wall thickness t3 of the bending inside portion 3, to thereby change a neutral axis A during a load application time into a neutral axis B deviated from the pipe axis center C to the bending outside portion 2 side. |
