The present invention relates to laver snacks manufactured by using laver as a main ingredient, which are manufactured by cutting dried raw laver at a fixed size, roasting to remove moisture, adding at least one type of edible oil, frying and mixing with condiments including cheese powder and sugar, and packaging a predetermined amount with charging nitrogen or under vacuum. The laver snacks manufactured thereby do not have the unique fishy smell so as to have tastes and flavors that anybody can comfortably enjoy, and can be used as excellent nutritional health food. |
