The present invention relates to a MEMS microphone. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the MEMS microphone includes: a case which defines an internal space and has a sound hole for inflow of an external sound; an input and output terminal which is installed in the case and is connected to an external circuit; a grounding terminal which is installed in the case and is connected to the external circuit; a MEMS transducer which is installed in the internal space and converts the external sound flowing through the sound hole into an electric signal; an amplifier which is installed in the internal space, operates by receiving a predetermined voltage to be connected to the input and output terminal and the grounding terminal, amplifies and outputs the electric signal to be connected to the MEMS transducer; and a returning unit which is installed in the internal space, is connected to the amplifier, includes a passive element, returns and transmits the electric signal outputted from the amplifier to the input and output terminal. |
