<p>The present invention relates to a nanoparticle composite based on gelatin for delivering a tumor-targeted siRNA to silence a specific gene in a tumor cell and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, a nanoparticle composite based on gelatin for delivering a tumor-targeted siRNA, which includes a poly-siRNA chain whose terminal is changed into a thiol group; and a thiolated gelatin connected by the poly-siRNA chain, disulfide cross-linked bond and electric charge interaction, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the nanoparticle composite based on gelatin for delivering a tumor-targeted siRNA has no cell toxicity and is not decomposed in blood flow, being absorbed into the tumor cell with outstanding efficiency wherein the delivered tumor-targeted siRNA efficiently silences the specific gene.</p> |
