<p>The present invention relates to seafood ramen using cultivated wild ginseng and to a manufacturing method thereof. More particularly, the seafood ramen comprises: ramen; dried seafood; a tea bag of cultivated wild ginseng; and ramen soup. The tea bag of cultivated wild ginseng is manufactured by drying, pulverizing and maturing cultivated wild ginseng and putting the powder of the matured cultivated wild ginseng into a tea bag. The dried seafood is manufactured by drying and pulverizing four or more kinds selected from shrimps, cuttlefish, shellfish, octopuses and small octopuses. The present invention helps an eater to maintain health by enabling the eater to take the pharmaceutical components of cultivated wild ginseng and various kinds of nutriment of seafood in a simple way, and improves the flavor of the ramen by constantly maintaining taste and scent peculiar to cultivated wild ginseng via a low-temperature maturing process of cultivated wild ginseng.</p> |
