PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus, an information processing method, and an information processing program capable of reading data from a marker even if the marker is small in size or a shooting distance of the marker is long.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus includes: an acquisition unit; a detection unit; an extraction unit; and a reading unit. The acquisition unit acquires an input image including a marker having a position detection pattern. The detection unit detects the position detection pattern included in the input image using identification data that is used to detect the position detection pattern included in the input image and that is generated from a plurality of position detection patterns different in mode. The extraction unit extracts the marker corresponding to the detected position detection pattern from the input image. The reading unit reads data associated with the extracted marker.
