PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To synthesize and display such a pseudo straight movement video image that a ball is not spinning, on the basis of a captured image that is captured by a camera incorporated in the ball that is spinning at high speed.SOLUTION: A captured image processing apparatus comprises: a captured image acquisition part 22 for acquiring a plurality of captured images which are time-sequentially captured together with the movement of a spinning body by the spinning body which is provided with an optical system for forming an image of a subject and an imaging part including an imaging device and moves while spinning in the air; an image extraction part 23 for extracting a plurality of unidirectional images which are captured while the imaging part of the spinning body is turned in the same direction as a spinning direction; and a display control part 27 for producing and displaying a pseudo straight movement video image on the basis of the plurality of unidirectional images.
