PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum heat insulation material having a higher heat insulation performance and higher reliability than conventional one, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A vacuum heat insulation material 1 is manufactured by surrounding a core material 2 with an external packaging material 3 to perform pressure-reduced sealing. The outer packaging material is molded into an arbitrary stereoscopic shape that can contact a heat insulation object part at which the vacuum heat insulation material before surrounding the core material. The core material has the same thickness as that of the core material of the vacuum heat insulation material at atmospheric pressure after manufacturing under a pressure-reduced sealing state. |
