PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle door opening/closing mechanism capable of ensuring support strength required for an inside handle with a simple structure while ensuring the design feature.SOLUTION: The vehicle door opening/closing mechanism includes: a support bracket 6 which is fixed within a slide door; a mechanism part 2a which is supported by the support bracket 6 in a movable state and is linked with a front lock and a rear lock for holding the slide door in a closed state with respect to a vehicle body; an inside handle 10 which has a handle body 11 disposed being exposed to a vehicle's interior side of the slide door, link parts 13 and 14 protruding into a vehicle's exterior side from the handle body 11, supported by the support bracket 6 in a freely swingable manner, and linked with the mechanism part 2a; and a design member 30 which has insertion parts 38 and 39 for inserting the link parts 13 and 14 and is disposed between the handle body 11 and the support bracket 6. |
