PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional sensor device that, although protective tolerance against overvoltage is provided, consideration for protection against a case where a power supply is connected in reverse is insufficient.SOLUTION: Provided is a sensor device which is equipped, as a load, with a signal processing circuit 7 for processing the output signal of a sensor element 8 outputting an output signal corresponding to physical quantity, and in which a power supply line 50 for supplying a power supply from a power supply terminal 2 to the load is provided with a power supply cut-off MOS transistor 6 having a first terminal connected to the power supply terminal 2 side and a second terminal connected to the load side, the power supply cut-off MOS transistor 6 being switched between an on state and an off state by an input signal inputted to the gate terminal of the power supply cut-off MOS transistor, thereby preventing an abnormal voltage from being supplied to the load, wherein the sensor device is configured so that a voltage is supplied from the first terminal or the second terminal whichever has a higher potential to a well of the power supply cut-off MOS transistor 6. |
