摘要	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance personnel assignment system configured to assign appropriate maintenance personnel in consideration of an on-site work result and a company policy, to improve work efficiency of a maintenance service.SOLUTION: A maintenance personnel assignment system includes: a maintenance personnel automatic assignment processing unit 5 which assigns maintenance personnel in response to a repair request, on the basis of the content of the repair request from a client, schedule of maintenance personnel, and a company policy with weights set for each of items of the content of request; a maintenance personnel assignment simulation processing unit 6 which simulates changes of the maintenance personnel assigned in the maintenance personnel automatic assignment processing unit 5; and a maintenance personnel assignment processing unit 7 which notifies the maintenance personnel assigned in the maintenance personnel automatic assignment processing unit 5 or new maintenance personnel changed on the basis of the simulation in the maintenance personnel assignment simulation processing unit 6, about the assignment, to receive an acceptance with respect to the repair request from the maintenance personnel.
