PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slew-rate control device using a switching capacitor.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided a slew-rate control device using a switching capacitor that includes a first capacitor connected to a target circuit operated in response to a clock signal, and controlling a rising slope of a signal outputted from the target circuit when the clock signal is in a high state; a switch connected in parallel to the first capacitor, receiving a reverse signal of the clock signal as a control signal, and turned on when the clock signal is in a low state; and a second capacitor connected in series to the switch, and controlling a falling slope of the signal outputted from the target circuit when the clock signal is in the low state. |
