After adding offset voltage Vofs to the I-V conversion voltage Vir by an adder 160, the added voltage is amplified by amplification means 170, the amplified signal is inputted to one input terminal of an analog comparator 180 as a current detection signal Vi, and an analog signal extracted from a DAC 140 is inputted to the other input terminal. A flip flop 190 is driven by a reset signal Re extracted from the analog comparator 180 and a clock signal CLK, a driver 195 is driven by a signal extracted from an output Q of the flip flop 190, and the switching element SW is controlled by the driver 195.</p> |
