The present invention relates to an apparatus of preventing fire disasters for a direct quenching system to suppress an ignition phenomenon by coming into contact with the vapor generated in an air layer from a quenching tank in a direct quenching process and also to rapidly extinguish a fire when the fire breaks out. The apparatus of preventing fire disasters according to the present invention comprises: a transfer conveyor (10) transferring a hot-forged product; the quenching tank (20) in which quenching liquid is contained; an chute (100) disposed between the transfer conveyor (10) and the quenching tank (20); an inactivity gas supply part (200) which supplies inactive gas; and a control unit (250) controlling the supply quantity of the inactive gas. |
