<p>Disclosed is a self-piercing rivet device, and includes: a frame, a rivet setting tool installed in the frame, and an anvil die installed in the frame corresponding to the rivet setting tool. The riveting self-piercing rivet device joins a joining object which is positioned between the rivet setting tool and the anvil die by a self-piercing rivet. The rivet setting tool includes: a pressure source; a punch unit having a punch rod to punch the self-piercing rivet, pressurized by the pressure source; a holder unit where the self-piercing rivet is setting in allowing the punch rod to be inserted in the setting portion, connected to the punch unit and clamping the joining objects; and an elastic deformation unit installed between the punch unit and the holder unit, and elastically compressed by the punch unit to add a compression force to the holder unit. The punch rod is inserted in the holder unit having a gap of an amount of compression deformation of the elastic deformation unit between the self-piercing rivets.</p> |
