The present invention provides meatballs with duck meat, containing duck tenderloin and neck meats as main ingredients. The present invention provides meatballs containing duck meat, which are richly flavored and very nutritious and thus can be deliciously cooked by anybody, by using, as main ingredients, the duck tenderloin and neck meats which have not been merchandised due to low product values thereof. |
