<p>Provided are a fairlead system and a ship having the same which changes a position of the fairlead in accordance to a weather condition, and a loading and unloading facility to reduce a loading burden of a mooring line. The fairlead system includes: a fairlead able to move, supporting and going through the mooring rope; and a handrail device combined with the fairlead defining the movement of the fairlead. The handrail device has a guide line set which guides the upper side of the fairlead, and a slide home set which guides the lower side of the fairlead.</p> |
