<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus to analyze a sample and an analysis method using the same. According to the present invention, the apparatus to analyze a sample includes: a channel to pass through a sample; a measuring unit to optically confirm the concentration of the channel; and an analyzing unit to monitor the separation of the sample after the measuring time by analyzing the data sensed by the measuring unit. The analyzing unit is capable of analyzing the sample using a Fourier equation.</p> |
