<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The device has a positioning unit for positioning a sampling module (100) in a drilling. The module includes a piston (2) possessing a sampling chamber (20) that is provided with an access opening for underground water. A tube (1) closes the opening in a sealed manner. A displacement unit moves the tube with respect to the piston so as to cause relative sliding of the tube with respect to the piston between a closing position, in which the chamber is not in fluid communication with water and an open position, in which the chamber is in fluid communication with the water. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is also included for a method for sampling underground water in a drilling using a sampling device. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Device i.e. multilevel static sampler, for sampling underground water in aquifer to be analyzed in a laboratory. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The device samples the underground water in an easy and simple manner with a sampling period of 24 hours and with table cloth speed less than 1 meter per day, for ensuring better representability of multilevel samples in observation piezometer, while avoiding utilization of surface pumps or internal pumps.
