In the present invention, two drying frames are installed on both sides above 1000 mm ground in a greenhouse with respect to a central path and dry red peppers laid on the frame in a row in a process of producing dried red peppers by drying red peppers harvested in the greenhouse. In the present invention, a brush type agitating device for turning red peppers by predetermined time is developed and installed on the drying frames to move and is used for turning and agitating red peppers which are partly overlapped or unfolded on the frame according to the drying process. The brush type agitating device for turning red peppers uses one electric motor and accordingly moves on the both drying frames while agitating and turning red peppers by rotating the brush by a predetermined time and also produces good dried red peppers by installing light-emitting bulbs on the both drying frames at certain intervals when sunlight amount lacks in cloudy or rainy weather. |
